Block booking rate: £17.50 per 30 min lesson when you pay half termly
30 minute lessons are £20 if paid on the day
60 minute lessons
Block booking rate: £35 per lesson when you purchase a block of 4 lessons (£140)
60 minute lessons are £40 if paid on the day
Electric Guitar Lessons
I offer electric guitar lessons for those interested in blues, rock, metal, or other electric guitar genres.
We'll work on techniques like chords, soloing, and improvisation, and learn to play your favorite songs.
Age isn't an issue- previous students have been 6 years old all the way to above 70 years old. I've taught complete beginners as well as gigging musicians.
My ethos is to get you playing your style and type of music as quickly as we can, while paying attention to some key fundamentals of guitar playing.
Acoustic Guitar Lessons
I love acoustic guitar too, and am happy to teach flatpicking or fingerpicking styles.
I love open tunings- this can be a nice way to make the most of those lovely sounding open strings on acoustic guitar!
I also play "lap slide" on my Weissenborn guitar, and can teach that as well as bottleneck style on my steel Resonator guitar.
Online Lessons
If you can't make it to my studio in Bruton, I also offer online guitar lessons via Skype or Zoom.
This is a great option for those who live far away or have busy schedules.
